Purpose: to establish an effective bridge in the cargo supply chain industry, with emphasis on quality, cost effectiveness and reliability.

What makes you different from other logistics companies?

Three business elements define us: operational excellence (clear systems, quality plans, training and procedures), excellent customer relations (we invite feedback, stay accessible and follow up) and robust financial management (a sound system for estimating labour, materials, overheads, taxes and insurance). We also back our work with 100% secure and safe cargo handling services.

What services do you offer?

We offer LCL consolidation / deconsolidation, NVOCC services, air freight, ocean freight, road and rail transport, clearing and forwarding, warehousing, yard and storage, handling and reefer power, haulage and release, tank containers, bonded warehousing and transhipment. Our freight and logistics services cover consolidation, ocean, air, road and rail, customs and warehousing, while our terminal and depot services cover the yard, handling, release, tank containers, bonded storage and transhipment.

What is LCL consolidation and deconsolidation?

We provide direct LCL (less than container load) consolidation and deconsolidation of ocean, air and road freight, so smaller shipments can travel together and be separated again at destination.

What are NVOCC services?

NVOCC stands for non-vessel-operating common carrier. Our NVOCC services give you non-vessel-operating carrier services with flexible volumes.

Do you handle air freight?

Yes. We provide daily, fast, secure and reliable air cargo solutions for transportation to and from major world regions.

What can you ship by sea?

Our ocean freight covers FCL (full container load), LCL, break bulk and project cargo by sea.

Yes. Our road and rail transport runs through overland transport hubs across East and Central Africa. We handle domestic and international groupage, part- and full-load transport, and inbound and outbound logistics.

Can you clear my cargo through customs?

Yes. Our clearing and forwarding service covers customs brokerage, documentation, declarations and freight coordination in one place, locally and globally.

Do you offer warehousing and bonded warehousing?

Yes. We provide secure on-site warehousing for export goods and more. With bonded warehousing, you can store imports duty-suspended until you are ready to release them.

What is transhipment?

Transhipment is the transfer of cargo from one carrier or vehicle to another. We provide a secure, well-equipped transfer point that keeps connections tight.

What types of cargo can you handle?

Containers, bulk cargo, project cargo, break bulk, out-of-gauge loads, loose cargo and dangerous cargo, in 20ft and 40ft units as well as out-of-gauge and loose consignments.

Which industries do you serve?

We have experience across every sector, including chemicals, automotive, consumer goods, liquid and chemical cargo, cold chain and general cargo. See our industries page for details.

What is the Bilateral depot?

A container depot in Mombasa where discipline meets scale: a controlled entrance, a wide paved yard, powered reefer points and modern handling equipment under one management. Visit the depot page to see it.

What types of containers do you handle?

Dry, refrigerated and tank containers, including full, empty and specialist units. Tell us your unit type and we will confirm the best handling plan.

Can you power refrigerated containers?

Yes. The terminal has reefer plug points for temperature-controlled units, so cold cargo stays powered while it is in our custody.

How is cargo kept secure at the depot?

The depot has guarded gate control, a fenced and floodlit perimeter, and authorised release only. Equipment is run by trained operators, with marked lanes and kerbs and separate pedestrian and vehicle routes.

What equipment do you use in the yard?

We have reach stackers on site for heavy-lift handling. The yard is wide, level and paved, with separate zones for full, empty and specialist units, and stack heights planned for stability.

How are tank containers handled?

With careful custody. Each unit is placed, tracked and released by trained operators, with stack heights planned for stability and clear marking and yard location records.

What happens to a container from arrival to departure?

Six steps: pre-advice (you tell us what is coming and when), gate-in (documents and unit condition checked), placement (unit lifted into its planned position), custody (secure storage, reefer power, regular checks), release (authorised pick-up, loaded onto the truck) and gate-out (exit check and confirmation to you).

Can I track my cargo while it is at the depot?

Transparency is our first promise. You get unit status from arrival to departure, condition notes at gate-in and gate-out, and proactive communication on delays.

How do I arrange a container release?

Send us the unit details and truck information. We check documents and release only to authorised parties.

Can I visit the facility?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a visit to the terminal and head office. Call ahead and we will arrange it.
